Is the sample really free?
Yes. Send an HS code, product or company name and I send a sample dataset. You pay only if you decide to go ahead.
What format does the data come in?
A spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets, filter and sort. Ask on WhatsApp if you need something different.
Which countries can you cover?
More than 100, including the US, India, China, the UAE and most of Europe. What is available differs by country, so I confirm this in the sample.
How current is the data?
Sources are refreshed weekly or monthly depending on the country, and history goes back up to 5 years.
Do I get company names and addresses?
Where the country's data and privacy rules allow it. Some countries hide names, and the sample will show you what yours includes.
What can I search by?
HS code, product keyword or company name. You can mix them in one order.
How fast is delivery?
Orders of up to 1,000 shipments usually arrive within a day. Larger orders take 2 to 4 days.
Can you make a custom report?
Yes. Tell me your product, market and what you're trying to find out, and I'll shape the data around that.
Which industries do you cover?
Any product with an HS code, including electronics, apparel, textiles, medical equipment, vehicles and parts, and food and agriculture.
Will you help me read the data?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp if anything in the file isn't clear.
Where does the data come from?
Global trade data portals built from customs records and bills of lading. Each row is as accurate as what was declared, so unusual values should be cross-checked.
Do you guarantee I will find a buyer?
No. The data shows who is trading. Winning the business is up to you.
How do I pay?
By UPI, PayPal or Payoneer. You pay only after you've seen your sample.
